Other Functions

Please note that it is not possible to book dates for functions via the internet. To confirm dates, please contact the Office Manager in the first instance Mondays - Fridays 10-5pm on 03 366 2213. She will then confirm ice availability with the person responsible for ice bookings.

This form will however provide us with the information we require to make sure your function is a great success!

Once we have received your request form we will be in touch to confirm your function requirements, confirm the ice time available and to make arrangements for payment. Please note that for larger functions a deposit may be requested

Conditions:
1. Subject to ice time availability.
2. Bookings must be made 2 weeks prior to the function
3. Bookings are not available Friday and Saturday nights
